the AI interviewer is functional but it needs a revamp and some upgrades we need to give it a better interface - Rosie needs to be a "person"

not everyone we hire willl be making 100k a year so 10% of a lower salary will need to be calculated Feature will allow clients to run the contract offer through the system It will be scanned using AI and it should calculate 10% and this is what the client will pay via stripe

when a client is creating their own account they need to be able to pick their own permissions We are currently doing this manually - linking accounts etc This needs to be automated

with all the different types of clients we need the ability to switch between teams and organisations seemlessy without having to create new profiles each time
