with the insights the tool is now providing we need an area which highlights these insights to the customers

clients may not have a lot of previous insights on industries or types of RFPs that they are going to bid on we need a way for the tool to take the bid document this bid document will need to be analysed for information once analysed - it should provide the user with insights on answering and RFP response best practices this iinfo should come from outside of the tool

this stems from client feedback When dealing with a larger excel document that the client has uploaded onto the tool that has multiple tabs of information and questions included throughout these multiple tabs. We need to extract these questions and showcase them in the in output in a way thats easier to follow in the order that they appear in the excel often times the questions contained in these excel documents are statements looking for information and not always phrased as questions our tool is currently extracting these and presenting them as rephrased questions which is confusing to the client we need to extract them as they appear in the document so the client can pinpoint it on their side exactly to cause less confusion

the customers might try to upload random documents we need to analyse the inputs better depending on what they are trying to do building profile accepting only documents that help with this giving them a suggested message when a document is incorrect that they remove it Running deep intelligence only accepts proper bid documents or SOWs suggested message to remove anything that isnt that Running rapid response again only issuer questions templates are accepted suggessted messaging for customer to remove any incorrect documents
